Monitoring and control unit of vaporizers for cryogenic gases

  • Switch over functions based on regular intervals of time, anticipated in case of malfunction or low temperature alarms referred to two preconfigured plants settings:
    • Plant 1: Two Ambient Vaporizers
    • Plant 2: H2O vaporizer + two backup Ambient Vaporizers
  • Local and remote monitoring for line temperatures, output pressure, valves status and alarms with associated ID
  • Wide display of 4 lines x 20 characters with LED backlight
  • Yellow and red alarm lights for High and Low priority alarm status
  • Acoustic alarm signal with acknowledge pushbutton (Alarm ACK)
  • Alarm recovery time adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes
  • Programming by encoder on the front panel
  • Visual indication of valves status on front panel
  • Auxiliary output switches for external cumulative alarm indicator or hooters
  • 4 integrated pilot solenoid valves
  • System restart by pushbutton on front panel
  • Proprietary network protocol CRIONet
  • Remote monitoring through CrioSystemSupervisor platform (MOD-COM modem required)
